PMAA Board of Directors
The PMAA Board of Directors is composed of all PMAA’s elected officers, including the immediate past president, and one representative from each of PMAA’s Member associations. Each member association chooses its own representative to the Board.
The Board of Directors is the principal governing body of the association. It is responsible for approving all of PMAA’s policy positions of legislative and regulatory issues; it approves the PMAA annual budget; and it elects the associations officers.
The Board meets two to three times a year.
